About the role
Afrimat (CM) KZN Central (Pty) Ltd, based at Vryheid Central Workshop, is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing and inventory processes across its sites.
Key responsibilities
- Creating orders using the X3 and on‑key system.
- Making enquiries for stock required for all sites.
- Managing inbound and outbound inventory distribution.
- Processing RFCs and coordinating dispatch of stock items to project sites.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external clients.
- Signing off orders for the cluster from the X3 system.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- 2–3 years experience in purchasing, procurement and office administration.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and general computer‑based administration.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow‑up.
