Procurement Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Consultant to lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives for our clients. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven solutions, identifying savings opportunities, and supporting procurement transformation projects across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, category management and procurement transformation projects.
• Analyze data to uncover savings opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery that drives bottom‑line success for clients.
• Develop fact‑based, creative solutions for complex procurement challenges.
• Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to establish optimal relationships.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to secure client buy‑in and ensure successful implementation.
• Work with GEP and client teams across time zones and cultures.
• Contribute to business development and internal knowledge‑building activities.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic or extracurricular settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Business‑level fluency in English and in French or German.
• High eagerness to learn and challenge oneself and others.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
