Procurement Analyst (Sourcing)

About the role

RCL Foods is looking for a motivated Procurement Analyst to join the Group Services Division in Westville. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will support analytics, reporting and category strategy development across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse spend data, produce reports and support scenario evaluation to drive business insights.
• Develop and execute category strategies, evaluate proposals and manage decision matrices.
• Negotiate and administer group contracts, ensuring best value and compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage tender processes and maintain accurate SAP master data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify demand, source new suppliers and optimise procurement processes.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, data management, supply chain management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a related role with advanced data analytics responsibilities.
• Valid EB drivers' licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data related to procurement.
• High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
