Process Operator – Cellar Operations

About the role

The Process Operator will work in the cellar environment, handling the blending, transfer and storage of spirits products. The role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains product quality, and supports export order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Blend spirits products and transfer neutral and matured spirits.
• Load and off‑load bulk trucks, including fortification and documentation.
• Operate scales for flavor measurement and manage sample logistics (retention, transfer, dispatch).
• Prepare samples for organoleptic assessment and classification.
• Empty and fill the Solera system and operate drum filler machines.
• Run the Fish Eagle stabilization plant and filtration equipment.
• Oversee drum and container filling for export orders.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and ensure cellar hygiene.
• Participate in monthly bulk stock‑take and TPM Level 1 activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 1–3 years of relevant production or cellar experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime and perform ad‑hoc duties across departments.
• Team player with reliable attendance.
