Principal Sales Specialist: Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a senior, enterprise‑focused sales professional to lead our cloud portfolio across South Africa. The Principal Sales Specialist will drive new business, build pipelines and close high‑value deals for Azure, AWS and Google Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities in cloud, digital transformation, data, AI, security and managed services.
• Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive hunting and prospecting.
• Engage C‑level and executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and position cloud solutions.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently.
• Collaborate with technical and solution teams to craft tailored proposals and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in cloud or related technology domains.
• Strong hunting mindset with demonstrated pipeline generation capability.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and negotiation skills.
