Presales Designer

About the role

Thrive Learning is looking for an enthusiastic Presales Designer to join its growing team. You will support the sales organisation by creating sandbox environments, demonstrating the platform to prospects, and feeding product ideas back to development.

Key responsibilities

• Build sandbox instances and showcase Thrive Learning’s products to potential customers.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, proposals and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist internal hand‑over processes and maintain up‑to‑date sales artefacts.
• Monitor educational‑technology trends, competitor activity and market developments.
• Provide feedback on new features and ideas to the product development team.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology and education.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for solving customer problems with new technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
• Experience with e‑learning development and learning‑content standards.
• Project‑management experience.
• Proficiency with Canva or other design tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with API technologies.
