Prep Cook – Weekend Shifts

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team on a part‑time basis. The role involves working one Saturday night or one Sunday night shift, preparing ingredients and supporting the line cooks during service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep stations.
- Assist line cooks with basic cooking tasks as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Available for at least one Saturday night or Sunday night shift.
- Will obtain a California Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire if not already possessed.
Required skills
- Food preparation techniques.
- Operation of kitchen equipment (e.g., slicers, mixers).
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
