Pre-Sales Administrator – Block Management

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Administrator will manage the end‑to‑end leasehold pre‑sale enquiry process for a growing residential property portfolio. Working remotely from South Africa, you will be the main liaison for solicitors and conveyancers, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and issue LPE1 (Leasehold Property Enquiry) forms, gathering service charge accounts, ground rent details, insurance schedules, planned works, disputes and notices.
• Prepare LPE2 (Management Company Enquiry) forms where required, including directors and share or membership certificates.
• Assemble comprehensive pre‑sale information packs with financial statements, insurance schedules, lease summaries, reserve fund balances and arrears data.
• Maintain pack contents in line with RICS and industry standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for solicitors and conveyancers throughout the pre‑sale process, responding promptly to additional enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain outstanding information, escalating where necessary to meet service timelines.
• Manage billing and ensure all enquiries are completed accurately and compliantly.

Required profile

• Experience in property or leasehold administration, preferably within block or estate management.
• Strong understanding of RICS guidelines and residential property documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills for dealing with solicitors, conveyancers and internal stakeholders.
