About the role
Morgan Motor Group is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Executive in Kimberley. The successful candidate will be energetic, able to work in a team and driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads for potential customers and follow them up until the deal is finalised
- Pre-qualify all customers
- Gather customer documentation and submit the file to the F&I office for the finance application and further upselling
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, including fitting accessories where necessary
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer and follow up to confirm their satisfaction with the purchase
Required profile
- Grade 12 certificate
- At least 2 years of vehicle sales experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Clear criminal record
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing are an advantage
Required skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven and team player
- Computer literate
