About the role
Dis-Chem is looking for a Trainee Manager for its Kimberley store. You will learn store operations under the guidance of a store manager, covering stock, cash handling and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with stock counts and stocktakes.
- Support sales floor activities and receiving.
- Help with promotions and pricing.
- Learn overall store operations.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 1‑2 years retail management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Admin or finance diploma advantageous.
