Pharmacy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Medirite Horizon View. In this position you will ensure smooth, efficient pharmacy operations while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team, including staff, interns and assistants.
• Oversee individual dispensing and pharmacy administration.
• Manage housekeeping, stock control and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive customer service excellence and support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager and cash office.
• Plan operational work, set priorities, schedule staff and monitor performance.
• Handle capacity management, resourcing and resolve escalated operational issues.
• Control the pharmacy budget and ensure financial targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmacy operations and team leadership.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, stock and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
