Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to lead our retail pharmacy in Fochville. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing medications accurately, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Accurately dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications.
• Maintain precise inventory records and stock levels.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy staff.

Required profile

• Registered with SAPC as a Pharmacist.
• B Pharm qualification (PCDT accreditation is a plus).
• 2–3 years experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including every second Saturday.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Propharm Rxwin dispensing software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
