Pharmacist Assistant - QPB-Clicks Irene Village

About the role

Clicks Group is hiring a Pharmacist Assistant for its QPB-Clicks pharmacy in Irene Village, Gauteng. The role covers pharmaceutical care within the scope of practice and day-to-day dispensary administration in line with the company's Standard Operating Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care services within scope of practice and deliver high standards of customer service and care
• Manage efficient stock control and dispensary administration, including repacking of medicine
• Ensure accurate compounding and provide general health advice
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
• Meet ad hoc requirements as they arise from operational needs

Required profile

• Matric with Maths (essential)
• Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the relevant level as Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic or Learner Basic)
• Customer service orientation, team player, integrity and ethical working practice
• Accuracy, attention to detail and basic calculations

Required skills

• Product knowledge of Health isle and OTC medicines
• SAPC and relevant legal knowledge
• IT business operating systems and MS Office
