People Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager

About the role

At Sage we are seeking a People Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of global People reporting capabilities. You will shape how workforce data is used, lead a growing reporting team and enable stakeholders to make better data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for People reporting and business intelligence.
• Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and reliable global workforce reporting.
• Develop scalable reports, dashboards and self‑service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting meets data governance, privacy, quality and assurance standards.

Required profile

• Strong business intelligence, analytics and reporting expertise.
• Experience leading and developing a reporting or analytics team.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Background in BI, data or SQL development with ETL/ELT experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across business and technical teams.
