Payroll Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Pretoria North. This position is ideal for a Registered Skills Development Facilitator who wants to grow in payroll administration while gaining exposure to skills development consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly and weekly payrolls accurately and within deadlines.
• Capture and maintain employee payroll information.
• Process leave, overtime, deductions, and statutory calculations.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Assist clients with payroll‑related queries and perform general payroll administration.
• Participate in full payroll training provided by the company.

Required profile

• Registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) qualification.
• Experience preparing and submitting Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs) – advantageous.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
