About the role
Join Lovisa’s vibrant store team as a part‑time Team Member. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest jewellery trends while delivering a fun and memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Perform in‑store piercing services safely and professionally.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Required profile
- Strong desire to help and guide customers.
- Motivation to achieve sales results.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Proven performance in a face‑to‑face retail environment.
