Parts Sales & Stores Coordinator – Land Rover Focus

About the role

The Parts Sales & Stores Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, ordering and managing Land Rover automotive parts for our workshop in Montague Gardens. You will work closely with the Service Advisor and workshop team to ensure parts availability aligns with job cards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, order and manage Land Rover parts and spares.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
• Maintain accurate stock control and organise parts inventory.
• Assist walk‑in customers with parts queries.
• Handle telephone and WhatsApp communications with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Service Advisor to align parts supply with workshop requirements.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Land Rover automotive parts or spares.
• Strong communication skills, confident on phone and messaging platforms.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak periods.
• Negotiation experience with suppliers is advantageous.
