Parts Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

Our client, a leading South African automotive dealership, is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department in Mokopane. You will be responsible for driving after‑sales performance, ensuring efficient stock control and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise all parts operations, including inventory management, procurement and stock control.
• Manage the financial health of the department through budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing seamless after‑sales parts support.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase profitability.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an after‑sales division with supervisory duties.
• 2‑3 years’ experience in a management role, preferably within an OEM dealership.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Dealership Management System (DMS) operations.
