Partner Success Manager (Construction)

About the role

You will lead strategic sales and partnership initiatives for the PMI Construction Professional (PMI‑CP) certification across Sub‑Saharan Africa, focusing on Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa. Leveraging an extensive industry network, you will position PMI‑CP as the leading certification in construction project management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and sales of PMI‑CP certification in target regions.
• Forge and nurture executive‑level partnerships with construction, engineering, and corporate L&D organisations.
• Secure and manage high‑value corporate deals, including multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
• Present and negotiate complex certification and training solutions at the enterprise level.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or construction/engineering leadership.
• Well‑established network within construction, infrastructure, and project‑management sectors.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value corporate partnerships.
• Strong executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
