Partner Manager

About the role

The Partner Manager will lead the development, management and growth of strategic partnerships for Universal Health. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will drive initiatives that increase programme utilisation and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure new partners aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Build, develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiate cost‑effective agreements and renewals as needed.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding to ensure successful implementation of new partners.
• Design and execute collaborative marketing campaigns to promote partner offerings.
• Monitor partner utilisation and campaign outcomes, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner initiatives effectively.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in partner management, account management, business development or a related area.
• Background in the health and wellness industry is preferred.
• Experience managing loyalty, rewards programmes or partner relationships is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
