Part Time Financial Adviser (Ballito/ Stanger/ KwaDukuza/ Tongaat)

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking motivated individuals to join its network as part‑time Financial Advisers across Ballito, Stanger, KwaDukuza and Tongaat. This role is designed for professionals who already hold a position and wish to supplement their income by providing financial advice to existing contacts and new prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative financial advice to clients in the designated geographic segment.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within your personal network.
• Maintain compliance with DOFA/Fit & Proper regulations.
• Prepare, analyse and present financial information to support client decisions.
• Collaborate with the Old Mutual team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
• Resilience, tenacity and a results‑driven attitude.

• Proven computer literacy and digital dexterity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning, organising and analytical abilities.
• Sales orientation with experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management.
