Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Sweet Robo is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own end‑to‑end lead‑generation campaigns on Meta and Google. You will work closely with the marketing strategist and sales leadership to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads while operating on New York business hours from South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise lead‑generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Write copy, create images or video cuts, and produce multiple ad variations for testing.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, Google tags and conversion events.
• Analyse performance data, report cost‑per‑lead, lead quality and recommend scaling or pausing tactics.
• Build and iterate high‑converting landing pages, leveraging Claude AI where possible.
• Monitor online reputation on platforms such as Facebook, Reddit and review sites.
• Maintain organic social activity alongside paid efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience running qualified‑lead campaigns with measurable cost‑per‑lead improvements.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads – not just strategic oversight.
• Ability to create ad creative (copy, design, video) without outsourcing.
• Comfortable using AI‑based design or copy tools and eager to learn Claude AI quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset; decisions driven by data.
• Excellent written English and reliable home‑office setup.
• Based in South Africa and able to work New York business hours.
