Paid Media Specialist – Digital Advertising

About the role

Are you passionate about digital media and driven by results? Stratitude is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to set up, run, manage and optimise campaigns across our paid platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign set‑up, delivery, testing and reporting on display, paid search and paid social channels.
• Create engaging ad copy, select target audiences and analyse keywords to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce display, remarketing, video ads and landing pages.
• Implement conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tags, including remarketing and Facebook Pixel.
• Build and maintain audience lists using audience manager, custom, look‑alike and in‑market audiences.
• Regularly assess performance, generate reports and provide optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for diverse clients, preferably with B2B exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven ability to analyse data and trends to optimise ROI.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking.
