About the role

The Paid Media Manager/Specialist will plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role demands strong analytical abilities combined with strategic thinking to drive ROI. Collaboration with the content team and continuous performance monitoring are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective paid media campaign strategies.
• Manage and monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Control campaign budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Work with the content creation team to produce high‑converting ad creatives.
• Analyse performance data, adjust parameters and run A/B tests for optimisation.
• Produce detailed reports on key metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research and refine audience segmentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a track record of achieving ROI goals.
• Project‑management experience and the ability to handle multiple campaigns independently.
• Results‑driven, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
