Paid Ads and Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive and highly organised Paid Ads and Social Media Manager to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will drive the strategy and execution of paid digital campaigns while shaping our clients’ social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
• Craft and implement social media strategies that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with the in‑house creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and content.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging best practices.
• Balance creative thinking with data‑driven decision making to maximise ROI.
