About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic outbound telesales agents to join our sales team in Westville, Durban. You will work in a contact centre environment promoting financial products for a warm‑lead motor warranty campaign, with opportunities for leadership training and internal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Increase clientele by selling and marketing financial products telephonically within a contact centre for our motor warranty campaign.
- Receive internal training to develop team‑leading skills and build your own high‑performing sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum matric qualification.
- At least 6 months experience in inbound or outbound sales/telesales (advantageous).
- Motor product knowledge is a plus.
- Reliable transport to Westville, Durban.
- Available to start immediately.
Required skills
- Sales skills, including objection handling and closing.
- Leadership abilities.
