Outbound Telesales Agent – B2B (UK Market)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Telesales Agent to represent a UK‑based client. You will make B2B cold calls into the UK market, generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline. The role is office‑based in Gqeberha and offers full‑time, ongoing employment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls to generate leads and build the sales pipeline.
• Engage prospects confidently, handle objections on the fly and book qualified meetings.
• Follow a structured, repeatable calling approach to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of activity and prospects in the CRM.
• Own your daily and weekly call volume to meet targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions and continuously sharpen your pitch.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record in lead generation or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence on the phone and comfort handling objections.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
