About the role
The Outbound Team Leader will lead a telesales team delivering high‑volume sales calls and ensuring excellent call quality. You will manage daily operations, coach agents, and support field sales while maintaining up‑to‑date administrative records. The role includes rotating shifts covering a Monday‑Sunday work week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver success against KPI targets and plans through effective people management.
- Create a positive learning environment that empowers Lead Associates, Senior Associates and Associates.
- Act as a role model to achieve overall contact‑center objectives and first‑class customer service.
- Focus on team engagement to reduce attrition and absenteeism.
- Facilitate direct sales by managing team members and encouraging sales activity.
- Coach team members on best practices to boost their skills.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience as a sales team leader (essential).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (essential).
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
