OTC Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead our Credit and Collections function within a fast‑growing logistics organisation. The role will shape policy, drive performance and ensure timely repayment across a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve credit, collections and accounts‑receivable processes, including budgeting and policy development.
• Monitor credit activities, assess risk, and enforce compliance with credit management standards.
• Prioritise and manage overdue accounts, resolve escalated credit issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with operational managers to align AR activities with broader logistics operations.
• Oversee payment processing accuracy, balance reconciliations and repayment term assessments.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose enhancements and drive performance improvements.
• Recruit, develop and motivate a high‑performing team to achieve set objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in credit management, collections or accounts receivable.
• Proven leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Strong customer‑relations aptitude and ability to handle complex credit accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP financial systems.
• Knowledge of risk‑management techniques.
• Familiarity with C programming (beneficial but not essential).
