About the role
The Organisational Effectiveness Consultant I supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of organisational effectiveness initiatives at TFG. The role focuses on leadership development, team effectiveness, coaching and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, delivery and refinement of organisational effectiveness programmes, especially around leadership, team dynamics and performance management.
- Support evaluation of OE initiatives and use insights to enhance future interventions.
- Develop practical tools, frameworks and guidance for leaders and HR partners to implement talent processes.
- Independently manage end‑to‑end assessment processes, including psychometric test administration, reporting and feedback.
- Provide psychological feedback to individuals and leaders, translating assessment results into actionable development insights.
Required profile
- Honours or Masters degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an I/O Psychologist or Psychometrist.
- Minimum two years experience in assessment projects, including administration, reporting and feedback delivery.
