Ops Specialist – IT Integration Support

About the role

The Ops Specialist – IT Integration Support is responsible for the operational support of integration business solutions across all platforms. The role involves testing, deployment, technical and business support, as well as active customer engagement for projects of any size.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business support by understanding integration flows, managing incidents, requests and problems, and keeping customers informed.
• Coordinate testing between development teams and business stakeholders, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop expertise in integration technologies, perform broker tuning/optimization, and deliver training.
• Implement monitoring rules, alerts and proactive identification of issues to ensure high availability.
• Perform 24x7 standby duties, log defects, and use tools such as Foglight, ClearSupport, QualityCentre and Citrix for troubleshooting.
• Manage pre‑implementation testing, post‑implementation health checks, and ensure code is released according to specifications.
• Liaise with the architecture team to communicate functionality changes and report risks early.

Required profile

• Experience in operational support of integration solutions and incident management.
• Ability to understand and document business processes within the integration domain.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring, problem identification and risk coordination.
• Willingness to provide 24x7 standby support and conduct training sessions.
