Operator – Processing Plant

About the role

The Operator works on the Processing 2 (Concentrated Products) factory, ensuring that production equipment runs smoothly and safely. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures to maintain product quality, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control processing equipment according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production records and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Support maintenance teams by reporting issues and assisting with minor repairs.
• Manage raw materials and process supplies to keep production flowing.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at boosting efficiency and reducing costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality‑assurance requirements and safety regulations.
• Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, while upholding high performance standards.
