About the role
We are looking for a General Worker to support the Production team in the Bulk Cheese Department. The position involves performing basic general work to keep the production line operating efficiently. Daily duties include shrink‑wrapping cheese products, sorting damaged product, loading and unloading materials, and cleaning the work area. The role is carried out on the production floor and requires a willingness to take on any task assigned by the Production team. The employee will work closely with other production staff to ensure a smooth workflow and to help maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Perform shrink‑wrapping of cheese products.
- Sort and handle damaged product.
- Load and unload materials and finished goods.
- Carry out cleaning tasks in the production area.
- Undertake any other tasks as required by the Production team.
