Operator & License Owner – Launch & Grow Football Platform

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Cape Town. You will be responsible for building a vibrant local football community, establishing venue partnerships, and delivering an outstanding player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Cape Town.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for games.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure a high‑quality player experience.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and expansion of the local operation.

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
