Operator

About the role

The Operator role is focused on the operation and monitoring of processing equipment within the Tanker CIP Factory. The incumbent will work according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee efficient production, maintain high product quality, and uphold strict food safety, safety, and operational standards. This position is essential to the smooth functioning of the plant and contributes directly to the company's commitment to quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment within the Tanker CIP Factory, ensuring correct start‑up and shutdown procedures.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance and parameters in line with SOPs.
• Verify that production processes run efficiently and that output meets quality specifications.
• Observe and enforce food safety, occupational safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
• Record relevant production and equipment data as required by SOP documentation.
• Report any deviations, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisory personnel promptly.
