Operations Trainer – Insurance & BPO

About the role

WNS Global Services is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver product and technical training to its South African operational business units. The role focuses on onboarding new staff, up‑skilling existing employees and ensuring compliance with internal learning standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑starter, refresher, up‑skilling and cross‑skilling training sessions.
• Complete assessments for all training events and provide remedial support before re‑assessment.
• Maintain learner records in line with Ucademy requirements, including annual training reports, attendance registers and skills matrix updates.

Required profile

• High proficiency in delivering impactful training and facilitation.
• Strong planning, organizing and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Attention to detail, exceptional administrative skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office.
