Operations Manager

About the role

Future Forex is hiring an Operations Manager during its high-growth, scale-up phase, after expanding its international money transfer offering and operational footprint. The role sits between the Operations team and the rest of the business, turning business and product needs into working processes and keeping the operational infrastructure scalable, compliant and efficient across forex, arbitrage and new investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation and upkeep of core processes such as BOP processing, AIT applications, client onboarding and transaction processing
• Ensure processes meet banking partner requirements, regulatory obligations and internal standards
• Map workflows with Operations, Compliance, Technology and Client Management teams and draft and maintain SOPs with version control
• Act as operational owner for new products, including investment products distributed through external partners, and run operational readiness before launch
• Manage the operational relationship with external product partners and monitor adherence to processes
• Identify operational risks, act as an escalation point for issues and propose improvements to the tech team
• Gather requirements for system changes, lead user testing and own external platforms such as Zoho CRM, Notion and Slack, including automations and integrations
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve SOPs, analysis and reporting, and train teams on new processes
• Lead process improvement projects and report on performance to management and stakeholders

Required profile

• 2-5 years in operations within financial services, forex, payments or investments, including at least 1 year leading projects or outcomes
• Track record of writing SOPs and delivering process improvements; launching a new product is an advantage
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools such as Claude in a work setting
• Experience administering, configuring or automating a CRM or business platform; Zoho experience is an advantage
• Relevant degree or diploma in commerce, finance or business; a regulatory or compliance qualification is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote team
