About the role
Our client in the Real Estate and Property Investment industry is currently looking for an Operations Manager in Sunny Park, Sunnyside.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute all centre operations to ensure efficient, safe and cost‑effective functioning of facilities and services.
- Oversee maintenance, security, budgeting, tenant relations, service providers, shop works handover and regulatory compliance.
- Assist the centre manager with operational advice and information to run an effective shopping centre.
- Manage all core operational staff, including handymen and service providers, and help with maintenance tasks as required.
- Work weekends, public holidays and after‑hours when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property facilities management or retail centre management.
- Proven track record of operations and performance management in a retail centre environment.
- Ability to work effectively with retailers, customers, centre teams and service providers under pressure.
