Operations Manager

About the role
The Operations Manager will lead and integrate multiple operational departments across the Group’s manufacturing facilities, driving operational excellence, production efficiency, quality improvement, and cost optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operational departments including production, industrial engineering, process optimisation, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, quality and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
- Drive performance through effective leadership, project management, process standardisation and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Manage and deliver strategic operational and continuous‑improvement projects aligned with Group objectives.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations and governance requirements.
Required profile
- Proven capability to manage multiple departments within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading operational and project‑management initiatives.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
