Operations Manager – Cooling Equipment (CDE)

About the role

CCBSA is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the full lifecycle of cooling equipment operations across the CDE region. The role combines leadership with hands‑on oversight of maintenance, cooler movements, warehousing, spares and fleet activities, aiming to maximise asset utilisation and service levels while minimising risk and loss.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all maintenance operations for cooling equipment.
• Manage the movement and deployment of coolers across the CDE region.
• Oversee warehousing activities, including inventory control of spares and consumables.
• Direct fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation of equipment.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimise asset utilisation and service delivery.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and losses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within equipment‑focused environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance and drive improvements.
