Operations Engineer – Production Support (TTD)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Engineer who thrives on keeping enterprise applications running smoothly. You will work in a global IT environment, supporting business‑critical Java applications, APIs and integrations while ensuring reliable digital services for customers and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor application health with Grafana and Loki, analyse logs, exceptions and stack traces.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document findings.
• Own incidents from detection through resolution, following Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, JSON payloads, integration failures, and transaction retries.
• Support enterprise Java applications, JVM environments, perform SQL queries and database validation.
• Diagnose network‑level issues (DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, load balancers) and authentication problems (SSO, LDAP, Active Directory).
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation while adhering to ITIL best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with production support of Java‑based enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with incident management, root‑cause analysis and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development, infrastructure and business teams.
