Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (US Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Onboarding Coordinator to support a fast‑growing ABA therapy company in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for newly hired therapists, guiding them through each step of the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth, timely start.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with newly hired therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying outstanding tasks.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates progressing on schedule.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Accurately record and track tasks in the company’s systems, including ClickUp.
• Flag non‑engaging candidates and follow escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach the placement stage.
• Handle approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy space or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational and task‑oriented work style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication abilities.
