Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing ABA therapy company. Working remotely on EST hours, you will be the first point of contact for newly hired therapists, guiding them through every step of the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Teams with new therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage and track outstanding items.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates on schedule.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Record and track tasks accurately in ClickUp.
• Flag disengaged candidates and follow escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach placement.
• Handle approximately 30 onboarding cases per month per state, with team support during peaks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy sector or broader healthcare/mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities and a task‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.
