Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing ABA therapy company’s remote team. You will be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists across multiple U.S. states, guiding them through each step of the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, timely transition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with newly hired therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying pending tasks.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates on schedule.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Accurately record and track tasks in ClickUp and other company systems.
• Flag disengaged candidates and apply appropriate protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach the placement stage.
• Manage approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy sector or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational and task‑oriented work style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
• Comfort with Zoom for virtual meetings.
