Onboarding Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing US‑based ABA therapy company. Working remotely from South Africa, you will be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists, guiding them through every step of the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, timely start.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with newly hired therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying outstanding tasks.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates progressing on schedule.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Accurately record and track tasks in ClickUp and other company systems.
• Flag disengaged candidates and apply appropriate protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team once candidates reach the placement stage.
• Handle approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Strong organisational abilities and a task‑oriented work style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a backup power solution.
