Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Nurse Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner / Clinical Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health services at our Port Shepstone site for the month of June 2026. The role involves delivering primary health care and occupational health assessments on a part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct occupational health examinations, screenings and fitness‑for‑work assessments.
• Provide primary health care services, including treatment of acute conditions and health education.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with South African health regulations.
• Collaborate with site management to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
• Work the agreed schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays (8 hours each) and Wednesdays (4 hours) throughout June 2026.

Required profile

• Occupational Health qualified nurse or registered nurse with a primary health qualification.
• Current SANC registration and professional indemnity cover.
• Valid identification (ID or passport) and the right to work in South Africa.
• Ability to provide the required documentation (CV, certificates, banking details, etc.).

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and patient care.
• Occupational health surveillance.
• Documentation and record‑keeping.
