Night Nursing Assistant / Caregiver

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Night Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to provide high‑quality care to our residents during overnight hours. The role focuses on maintaining each resident's dignity, individuality, and safety while supporting their personal and health needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, continence, and mobility.
- Monitor residents throughout the night, performing regular checks.
- Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring proper nutrition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment, including equipment.
- Complete accurate care records and promptly report any changes to the person in charge.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to preserving resident dignity and individuality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn on the job; previous experience with older adults is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability for night‑shift work and ability to stay attentive during overnight hours.
