Night Duty Medical Technician/Technologist – Midstream

About the role

An opportunity exists for a Night Duty Entry level Medical Technician/Technologist to join the team at our Midstream branch in Centurion. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of clinical competence, high ethics and integrity, and alignment with PathCare values.

Required profile

• 3‑year Biomedical Technology diploma or Medical Technician Certificate in Clinical Pathology.
• Current registration with the HPCSA in Clinical Pathology.
• Computer literate with Skylims knowledge (advantageous).
• Knowledge/understanding of the stock management system.
• 1‑3 years of clinical experience post‑HPCSA registration.
• Experience in technical procedure development and implementation.
• Experience in maintaining QA Systems.
• Problem‑solving ability, including QC and instrument‑related issues.
• Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
