Night Care Assistant – Residential Care

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our residential care home. You will provide high‑quality, dignified care to residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, continence, and toileting needs.
• Monitor residents continuously during night hours and perform regular safety checks.
• Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment, including equipment and communal areas.
• Complete accurate care records and promptly report any changes in residents' condition to the person in charge.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to preserving residents' dignity and individuality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn on the job; previous experience with older adults is preferred but not mandatory.
