About the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy at Medirite Moreleta Park. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage individual dispensing and pharmacy administration tasks.
- Oversee housekeeping, stock control, and customer service functions.
- Drive sales, compliance, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan operational work, set priorities, and schedule staff.
- Monitor operational performance and manage people and capacity.
- Maintain cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager and cash office.
- Resolve escalated operational issues and manage the pharmacy budget.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Ability to develop, tutor and motivate staff, interns and assistants.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
